Children's Church
AGES: 6 - 10
OCCURS: Every Sunday
Each Sunday during regular service, our children have the opportunity to participate in art, music and discussion activities. Each lesson plan teaches spiritual fundamentals from a Unity perspective and incorporates readings from the Children's Illustrated Bible. Some of the lessons include: Sharing & Caring, How to Talk to God, Make Me an Instrument of Thy Peace, Becoming God's Helping Hands and more. Children who attend class also have the opportunity to participate in the creation and implementation of special Sunday celebration services.
Uniteen/Y.O.U. (Youth of Unity)
AGES: 11 - 16
OCCURS: Every other week

On April 6, our program will kick-off with a study of the principles taught in the book: I of the Storm for Teens - Finding Peace in the Midst of Conflict, written by Rev. Jane Simmons. The classes in this series focus on the use of spiritual principles to create peace while embracing conflict. This incredible journey of study is designed to empower the Uniteen/Y.O.U. team with techniques to create peace and make a difference in their lives. Additionally, there will be a few opportunities for the team to participate in a teaching experience during the regular Sunday service. As an added bonus to this program, the Uniteen/Y.O.U. team will also create an art piece, reflective of their class experience.
